Jim has spent 7 years as a director of Marketing and Sales for a small business he founded. He also currently advises clients on many traditional and digital marketing strategies. He teaches many topics to business owners including:

  • Avoiding vanity metrics in web analytics and goal tracking
  • CRM best practices and measuring the sales funnel

In marketing, Jim assists companies by establishing a strategic direction and setting up the tactics and systems necessary to deliver the results. This requires an alignment between strategy and tactics in marketing, as well as aligning marketing with sales, implementation, and support. He acts either as a consultant to the head of marketing and CEO, or as the part time Chief Marketing Officer.
