Work The System Book Review

What’s Hot: Work The System emphasizes how to engrain written processes into corporate culture, so they don’t become outdated the same week you write them. Provides substance and concrete examples of process hierarchy and a team approach to constant improvement of the documented processes.

What’s Not: The author spends a LOT of time up front on his soapbox about his personal revelations and struggles that got him to his epiphany of using processes.  It might be good for non-believers, but if you are already a fan of processes you can skim/skip most of this.
